Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – São Paulo

City: São Paulo, Brasil

 

As Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) you will be responsible to supporting the Controller in planning, reporting, and performance analysis activities. This role is essential to ensure accurate analysis, reliable insights, and strategic support to the business. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, communicative, organized, and proactive, capable of transforming data into clear and actionable information for decision-making.

Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Prepare monthly results analysis, including P&L review, variances (vs. budget, forecast, and prior year), and key drivers.
  • Support the preparation and updates of Forecasts and Annual Budget in alignment with internal stakeholders and corporate guidelines.
  • Develop local and corporate reports ensuring accuracy and data quality.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership and business teams
  • Create and enhance dashboards and management reports (Excel, Power BI or internal tools).
  • Monitor financial KPIs, commercial performance, and operational indicators.

 

 

You Bring 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
  • Previous experience in FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analysis or similar areas.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and P&L interpretation.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude.
