We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales and Business Development professional with deep domain expertise in selling raw materials, precision medical components, and finished devices to Orthopaedic and Vascular implant manufacturers across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the medical device manufacturing ecosystem, a proven track record of strategic selling, and the ability to drive growth through technical and commercial engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Actuals & Closing: Prepare journal entries (accruals, provisions, corrections), manage fixed asset registration and depreciation, support reconciliation of GL and sub-ledgers, and validate financial results for legal entities/reporting units.
  • Finance Reporting: Generate reports for provisions and accruals, and support management reporting, monthly forecast vs. actual reporting decks, and financial metrics such as cash flow and ROCE.
  • Finance Planning: Act as point of contact for business partners and budget holders, support budgeting and forecasting, prepare planning figures, perform variance analysis, and maintain planning data in SAP/BW.
  • External Financial Audit: Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and completeness of financial records for assigned legal entities.
  • Finance Master Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate master data for legal entities, manage local compliance calendars, oversee service suppliers/contracts, and support accounting/reporting requirements.
  • Local Reporting & Authorities Coordination: Handle statutory reporting, tax/VAT and national statistics submissions, liaise with local authorities, support payroll/pension services, and coordinate audits (e.g., KPMG).

 

You bring:

  • Strong understanding INDAS Accounting & Standards.
  • Skills & Expertise: Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, and controlling
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of industry dynamics
  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced in using ERP systems • Professional relevant Experience: 6+ years
