Financial Controller

Salary: We offer you a gross annual salary starting at €60,000. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience

 

As the Financial Controller you are part of an international team. You have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery and execution of actuals, closing, and reporting activities for your designated reporting units. Your expertise ensures financial operations run smoothly, contributing to the success of our organization.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage balance sheets and reconciliation for allocated entities
  • Serve as the primary contact for Finance Business Partners
  • Interact directly with budget holders to support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Utilize analytical skills to translate financial data into actionable insights using digital tools
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring data accuracy according to IFRS and local GAAP
  • Support Management Reporting for Business Group/ Business Unit, including Monthly Reporting, Forecast/Actuals, and Cashflow + ROCE
  • Responsible for (and analyses on) product costing, variance analyses manufacturing performance, Inventories, CAPEX and first line analyses and insights for actuals, forecast and budget and for setting up relevant allocation cycles in SAP
  • Ensure that agreed services with FSS (Financial Shared Services) are delivered up to standard

You bring

  • (post) Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling, and/or licensed certified public accountant;
  • In-depth understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
  • Austrian local GAAP and IFRS knowledge
  • Fluent in German and English
  • SAP FI/CO experience is a plus
  • Passionate for finance with 4 years or more of work experience and eager to learn and grow
  • An ambitious and talented team player, who drives the change within the organization
  • A self-starter with excellent inter-personal skills and strong ability of stakeholder management
