The Finance Analyst will Support the Head of Finance with assisting on financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You will be part of a dynamic team where you will learn and grow by participating in real-world financial projects.

Your key responsibilities

Assistance in the preparation and review of financial statements
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and OneStream.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports/decks.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly management scorecards
Provide support on various financial projects such as Long-Range Planning, Budget.
Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze financial data

You bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and Cultures
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
Autonomy and initiative to work independently and solve problems
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial data
Experience of Microsoft Suite, advanced Excel preferred

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $71,000-$79,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
