Manufacturing Technician I/Cleanroom Packaging
Monday – Friday – 1st shift -6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
*Lots of opportunities for overtime (not mandatory)
Location: Exton, PA


 
We are seeking a self-starter with a keen sense of quality and safety. In having a process mindset, we can achieve great things together. This individual will work in a highly regulated production/cleanroom environment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Start your career and continue to grow along with us! 
 
You will be responsible to:
•    Assist with performing designated operations within the manufacturing department, noncontrolled and controlled environment areas in accordance with DSM Standard Operation Procedures and all safety requirements as assigned
•    Address simple and recognizable problems, from past experiences, and chooses from established alternative approaches to find a solution.
•    Works with R&D, Engineering and other DSM groups as assigned. 
•    Keeps open lines of communication in commit to customer deadlines. 
•    Works within job/position specific deadlines and schedules set by production schedule/supervisor. 
•    Keep detailed, accurate, and legible paper and computerized records of production activities following DSM/GMP guidelines. 
•    Assure product quality through close attention to detail, inspection methods, and in-process testing as required.

What we look for in you:
•    High School graduate or equivalent program
•    0-2 years, entry level or preferably experience in Medical Device manufacturing or related industry
•    Must be able to wear the appropriate gowning needed in the cleanroom packaging area – gowning over clothes, hair net, shoe covers, gloves
•    Strong oral and written communication skills;  
•    Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
•    Accuracy, a detail orientation, initiative to multi-task with deadlines, flexible can-do attitude, and ability to adjust workload to meet varying schedules
•    Ability to identify process improvement opportunities 
•    Ability to operate various equipment and hand tools in assigned areas with limited supervision.
