Expert Supply Planning Health Nutrition and Care EMEA
- Manage proactively transfer of inventories to Area Europe based on incoming orders
- Manage inventories and safety stocks in line with demand i.e., historical data versus booked orders, seasonality’s, forecast
- Communicate proactively and responsively progress on blocked orders to Customer Care and HNC EMEA segment leads
- Manage shelf life in line with the FEFO principle, aiming to ensure requested remaining shelf life is available to customers, and as little material as possible expires (or requires re-testing for shelf-life extension)
- Release of blocked orders in close collaboration with commercial management
- Actively supports S&OP process in EMEA region
- Collaboration with experts in health and nutrition, to drive progress

- Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 60,000 to € 85,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more
- Background in Supply Chain Management – solid understanding of supply chain principles and processes
- Excellent English Communication Skills – fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
- Strong Prioritization Skills – ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, especially under pressure
- High Attention to Detail – accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all tasks
- Adaptability & Open-Mindedness – being comfortable with change and receptive to new ideas and approaches
- Business & Process Orientation – proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
