Join our dynamic Campus Scandinavia team as a Supply Chain Specialist! We're seeking a dedicated individual who's passionate about maintaining seamless sales and customer order processes.

As part of our supply chain and commercial back-office team, you'll be responsible for handling a range of exciting tasks and providing crucial support to our Supply Chain and Sales departments. Your duties will include managing customer purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring our ERP systems reflect accurate sales data.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and updates in our SAP ERP system.
  • Monitor and communicate on shipment dates, orders, and changes to both customers and suppliers.
  • Place orders with suppliers using our SAP ERP system.
  • Oversee all purchasing orders, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage shipment status.
  • Assist the Sales Team with problem-solving, helping to prevent issues from reaching our customers.
  • Collaborate with Finance on invoicing and shipment document issues.
  • Support the application process for product customs tariff classifications.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • We're looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the Food Industry.
  • Fluency in English is essential, along with basic knowledge of food business and supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a must.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused approach are key.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
