Job title – Expert MDM Solutions

Location – Barcelona, Spain

 

Responsible to develop, define and manage the execution of the organization wide and specific Master data strategy and plan to support corporate functions, Business Groups and Service Units in realizing its business objectives through fact-based culture.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Deploy comprehensive data management strategies, including data governance, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Support in designing and deployment of data integration and migration projects, ensuring seamless integration of data from multiple sources (SAP, CRM etc.) and systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute data quality control jobs based on Master Data standards, perform data profiling, and establish data quality/ business rules to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other technical and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain the master data technical documentation and internal publications.
  • Provide technical expertise related to Informatica SaaS microservices, particularly in MDM
  • Deploy data quality dashboards via data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.). Analyze the trends affecting data quality and improve master data quality in an automated way based on business rules
  • Support ad-hoc business requirement in terms of Data Extraction, Ingestion, Profiling, Analysis and Quality from various Master Data applications

You bring

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in science or IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Maximum of 8-10 years of experience and Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management solutions in designing and implementing for an MNC company
  • Strong demonstration of MDM process by end-to-end implementation of MDM program with any of the tools like Informatica, Collibra, Tibco, SAS MDM
  • Strong SAP expertise regarding master data objects, MD fields mapping and SQL
  • Strong knowledge of data Management applications, application integration, Data Quality frameworks and Data Governance
  • Experience in Data extraction, profiling, quality and migration activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with understanding of risk management and framework
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skill and excellent analytic skills
  • Experience in working in agile and with diverse culture and team members in different locations.
  • Knowledge of any data visualization tool will be an added advantage
