As the Expert Logistics & Network Excellence for North America, you’ll be the backbone of data integrity and process excellence. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate, consistent master data across systems, act as the go-to expert for ERP platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance. You’ll play a critical part in enabling smarter decisions and seamless operations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead Master Data Management (MDM) processes for North America, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business systems.
  • Act as the primary Key User for ERP and related platforms, supporting data governance and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial) to maintain high-quality master data and resolve data-related issues.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and supporting global data standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to local teams on data management policies, tools, and workflows.
  • Support regional projects and system rollouts, serving as the liaison between business users and IT for data-related requirements.

You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or relative field.
  • 5 plus years’ experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or data governance within ERP systems, SAP required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, acting as a bridge between business teams and IT.
  • Knowledge of data standards, processes, and compliance requirements, ideally in a global or regional context.
