The Expert Continuous Improvement (CI) plays a pivotal role in driving global HR transformation across the Hire to Retire (H2R) lifecycle. Operating within a global, matrix environment, the role supports continuous improvement initiatives through strong project coordination, data-driven insights, change management, and stakeholder communication. By enabling structure, visibility, and execution discipline, this role allows CI leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with global standards.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assist with global and regional CI projects across Hire to Retire, including pilots, process optimizations, and innovation initiatives beyond core service delivery.
  • Maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, milestones, and status reporting while proactively tracking risks, dependencies, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and manage project communications, training materials, meeting outputs, and process documentation to support adoption of global standard processes.
  • Analyze operational and project data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and performance insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in SharePoint and Teams, ensuring proper version control, accessibility, and knowledge transfer.
  • Support standardization of CI tools, templates, and tracking methods; identify efficiencies to reduce manual effort and improve team effectiveness.

We offer:

  • A team of diverse employees who aren’t afraid to think outside of the box.
  • A truly global and collaborative team that cares about the experience of our employees.
  • The encouragement you need to develop and achieve personal growth.
  • A role that is crucial on projects and allows you to build your brand.
  • A caring and supportive environment where you’re empowered to grow and share your ideas.

You bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, transformation, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization, collaborating across regions and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, track actions, and maintain attention to detail without losing overall oversight.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, structured updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) with an analytical mindset to translate data into insights.
  • Proactive, structured, and self-directed working style; comfortable operating independently in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
