As the HRBP you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities. You will play a crucial role in applying HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will also be instrumental in driving change management initiatives and supporting our matrix organization.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

•    Active HR Business Partner, providing input, with strong influence and counsel on HR related issues to successfully meet the business objectives
•    Provide counsel, advice and recommendations to managers ensuring proper handling of constructive employee relations including coaching, counseling, discipline, policy adherence, and performance management with the goal to increase manager and employee accountability
•    Responsible for establishing and maintaining HR partnership with all employees within scope and with the relevant Business & Division Management Team Members in order to build employee engagement
•    Strengthen the organization through talent planning activities, including but not limited to workforce planning including interim management, succession planning and potential and development management
•    Advise on and manage organizational design and team effectiveness projects
•    Implement HR best practices to enable short and long-term business strategies
•    A true hands-on approach that develops strong relationships with stakeholders and employees allowing accurate insights around the engagement, moral and “pulse” of the organization

You bring


•    Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Min 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role, including a previous experience on factory site.
•    Fluent in French and English
•    Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
•    Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
•    Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation
•    Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to make informed decisions and/or recommendations
