Expert Finance - Operations Control

Job title: Expert Finance – Operations Control

Location: Getzersdorf, Austria or Tulln, Austria

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Finance professional to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your financial acumen, strategic thinking, and process management expertise to optimize production KPIs, manage annual production budgets, and support working capital analysis. Your ability to analyze complex data, manage budgets, and navigate cross-functional collaborations will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Monthly reporting and analysis of production KPIs (production variances, absorption, production spend analysis etc.)
  • Annual budget for Production (Production spend planning, Manage standard cost calculation, work closely with sales planning to derive production volumes)
  • Support working capital analysis (with focus on inventories)
  • Being a Business Partner for Production (AT &US), identify areas to improve business efficiencies
  • Support process implementations Production Reporting
  • Manage CAPEX process (NPV calculations, CAPEX approval process, prepare documentation for decision making for major CAPEX projects)
  • Monthly Reporting of CAPEX Actuals, quarterly Forecast for CAPEX

You bring

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance (equivalents will be beneficial)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Finance in multinational companies
  • High problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good command of tools (Excel, Powerpoint, ideally also SAP)
