The Supply Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining mid- to long-term supply plans that balance demand, inventory, and capacity across the global supply network. This role ensures alignment between demand planning, production sites, and key stakeholders, driving optimized supply strategies that support business objectives and service level targets. The position also monitors performance, leads process improvements, and contributes to S&OP decision-making.


You Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage interactions and alignment with demand planning and production sites (including tollers) to ensure synchronization of demand, inventory, supply, and capacity for mid- and long-term horizons.
  2. Develop a feasible mid- to long-term supply plan considering capacity, inventory targets, and constraints.
  3. Monitor inventory, replenishment, supply, and capacity plans, incorporating key material and capacity constraints.
  4. Lead Supply Review meetings to validate and optimize supply plans aligned with business objectives and demand forecasts.
  5. Ensure timely delivery and consolidation of accurate supply planning data; present recommendations for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and communicate agreed supply network aspects to all relevant stakeholders.
  6. Define and implement KPIs to systematically monitor supply and capacity performance across manufacturing and tolling networks. Identify and drive actions to enhance supply planning processes and ensure global consistency of planning data.

You bring

  1. Good communication and collaboration, analytical skills, detailed-oriented and problem-solving abilities
  2. Strong ownership and sense of responsibility
  3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  4. >3 years’ experience as supply planner or supply chain related roles
  5. Proficient with various software programs, including but not limited to word processing, excel and database applications
  6. Experience in continuous improvement and planning software SAP and OMP is preferred
