In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers to deliver efficient, high‑quality, and compliant logistics performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, right-first-time customs clearance of inbound shipments while proactively communicating status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Perform accurate SAP Goods Receipt postings to support material availability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance by ensuring Customs Brokers and Transport Service Providers meet quality, safety, and business standards.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce SLAs with logistics partners while aligning stakeholders on operational priorities.
- Manage logistics reporting, KPIs, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives for service, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate inbound shipments, resolve operational issues, handle escalations, and ensure timely invoice processing and reconciliations.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree with an MBA in Shipping, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- 5–9 years of experience in international or cross-border logistics.Professional certification in Dangerous Goods regulations (IATA, IMDG) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics processes and Incoterms; experience with Letters of Credit is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of SAP Shipping & Transportation module along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/VBA preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Import-Export operations preferred.
