Nowadays, communication is a highly strategic elements where creating a high impact with innovative medium of communication is key. As a Video Creator within the D&T department, you will play a crucial role in the production of visual content that communicates technical concepts, promotes D&T initiatives, and supports the overall goals of the department.
Your key responsibilities
• Develop and produce high-quality video content that aligns with the D&T department's objectives and projects.
• Collaborate with D&T and Business professionals to translate technical information into comprehensible and engaging video formats.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and shot lists to effectively plan and execute video projects.
• Utilize various video production techniques, including animation, live-action, and screen recordings.
• Edit and assemble footage into a finished product that meets the technical and creative standards of the department.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure content meets expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the overall team and contribute with creative ideas to foster impact of our communication.

You bring
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software like After Effects or similar.
• Knowledge of audio recording and editing techniques to ensure high-quality sound in video productions.
• Project Management
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.
• Develop project timelines, set milestones, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all video content adheres to the dsm-firmenich communication standards and guidelines
• Proven experience in video production, preferably within a technical or educational context.
• Portfolio demonstrating video creation skills and technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Passionate about technology and its applications.
