Early Talent Infraestructure Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and curious IoT Trainee to join our Infrastructure Engineering  team, supporting the development and deployment of next-generation connected solutions.
 This role is ideal for individuals passionate about bridging hardware and cloud technologies, with a focus on scalability, security, and real-time performance.

•    Bridge physical and digital systems by enabling secure, scalable management of IoT devices.
•    Support the design and deployment of cloud-connected IoT platforms.
•    Ensure reliable data flow, edge-to-cloud integration, and system performance monitoring.
•    Leverage real-time analytics and automation to drive operational efficiency.
•    Contribute to building resilient, secure, and scalable IoT architectures in the cloud.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.

You bring

Technical Skills

•    Working knowledge of programming/scripting with Python, C/C++, or JavaScript, especially for IoT applications and automation.
•    Understanding of IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, LoRaWAN, and BLE
•    Basic Understanding of IOT hardware Eco System Sensors, Micro controllers
•    Experience with Docker and Containerized Enviornments 
•    Good Understanding of Linux and Networking Fundamentals
•    Understanding cloud services related to IoT: device management, data ingestion, storage, and analytics
•    Interest in Security Best Practicses in IOT devices and gateways

Required level of experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology,  Telecommunication) and currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in a related discipline
•    Experience working on projects or coursework involving IOT Infrastructure & data analytics
•    Team Collaboration: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
