Job Title: Marketing Coordinator, FFE IMAT, P&B

Location: Dubai, UAE

In this role you will support regional Marketing managers on dedicated marketing tasks. This includes but is not limited to ensuring the marketing team can develop strong local/ regional insights and marketing strategies for fine fragrance. You will have the responsibility to support on all administrative tasks linked to marketing such as coordinating marketing materials, illustrating fragrance concepts with creative visuals and supporting event organization. You will also be responsible for gathering market insights, tracking new launches, purchasing products, and monitoring trends.

We are looking for an agile and dynamic person, detail-oriented, creative and motivated professional who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of compelling marketing presentations for clients
Translate olfactive creations into creative and visually engaging assets that illustrate fragrance concepts
Manage operational tasks including but not limited to printing, preparing fragrance labels, coordinating logistics, and preparing event setup
Coordinate regional content sharing with the global Communications team by capturing and submitting content for social media and internal channels
Support the team in organizing key events, including but not limited to Beautyworld Middle East and Saudi Arabia, regional Sensoriums, and launch events
Conduct market visits and purchase products to support the marketing and fragrance development teams
Gather market insights, monitor trends, and track new product launches to stay on top of trends and market activity
Prepare and share regular reports summarizing your findings

You bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing
Proven experience within the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury industry
A creative and imaginative mindset, with strong presentation skills
Excellent communication skills to navigate easily in a global, multicultural, and matrixed environment
Passion for fragrance, trends, brands, products
High level of autonomy, curiosity, a growth mindset, and customer focus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
