You will play a pivotal role in shaping a solution-driven approach for our customers and accelerating business growth. This position offers the chance to craft a long-term strategic sales plan while coaching and empowering your sales and technical teams to deliver outstanding results.
Partnering closely with your manager (VP Regional Sales, ISOL, China) and global segment leader (VP Beverage, Ingredient Solutions) and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Business Management, Application Development, and Marketing—you will define a forward-looking market vision and align it with our product portfolio. As a key member of the regional leadership team, your contributions will help steer our future success.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Shape Strategic Direction & Drive Performance: : Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy for the ISOL Beverage & More business across China, aligned with growth ambitions. Achieve business growth in line with KPIs agreed upon with your manager.
- Deliver Short-Term Impact: Implement a 12-month business plan to accelerate growth and meet defined targets.
- Champion Solution Selling: Lead by example to drive cross-selling and integrated solution opportunities within the team.
- Bring Market Intelligence: Provide actionable insights and external perspectives to strengthen customer-centric strategies.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration& Build Global Connectivity: Partner with key functions to deliver holistic, value-driven solutions for customers. Cultivate strong relationships with the global Beverage Business team to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Team Development: Develop and inspire a high-performing regional sales team, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.

You Bring
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience based on professional achievements.
- 10+ years of proven success in a comparable sales leadership role within a B2B environment.Food industry expertise, ideally with a focus on beverages and related categories.
- Strategic mindset that balances long-term vision with short-term execution to deliver results. Solid financial acumen to drive profitable growth.
- Demonstrated strength in Commercial and Project Pipeline Management. Strong customer-centric approach and ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively. Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across diverse functions and geographies.
- Empathetic leadership, committed to team development and engagement. Dedication to coaching and continuous people development.
- Proven Commercial Excellence, leveraging data-driven insights for sound decision-making.
