Director MDM processes
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Own Master Data Management processes. Together with IT and business partners, ensure MDM solutions fullfil the need of business stakeholders and are compliant to regulations and policies. Own, monitor and follow-up the MDM continuous improvement initiatives portfolio. Define MDM documentation standards. Ensure documentation and data assets (data catalog) are up-to-date. Hire, manage, support and develop team members.

Your key responsibilities
• Design MDM solution to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Support corporate intiatives such as M&A, ERP integration...,
• Together with business partners and MDM service delivery, continously improve End-to-End business processes. Manage initiative portfolio,
• Drive simplification, standardization, accuracy, reliability and automation of MDM processes.
• Enable and support GES-MDM service delivery,
• Lead and elevate team, foster a culture of transparency, excellence, innovation and accountability.

You bring
• 5+ years of leading experience in Master Data Management/Data Governance area,
• 3+ years of experience in implementing global shared services,
• Your expertise in how master data impact E2E business processes,
• Your experience in matrixed, multicultural environments with global scale and complexity,
• Your growth mindset, proactivity, absolute customer focus, data driven and impact obsessed approach,
• Your strong communication, collaboration, influencing and people management skills.
