Director Customer Experience (Sales Excellence)

Location: US Home Office in central or eastern time zone

We may have a job tailor made for you!  We’re hiring for Director Customer Experience (Sales Excellence) in our Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) business.  In the role, you will manage digital and customer solutions including capability building, implementation maximize performance of Account Teams (customer-facing roles) by ensuring the right access to data insights, digital tools, training and relevant content.  You’ll play a key role in ensuring the organization has the tools and capabilities to deliver on role responsibilities for digital and customer solutions as part of the end-to-end framework.  Are you ready for something new and exciting?

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage customer experience (sales excellence) globally for ANH to create a seamless experience through different tools and channels
  • Catalog and share best practices among the regions
  • Lead the development and implementation of modules for sales training and competency development
  • Contribute to enhanced processes and tools to ensure Excellence in Customer Care, Inside Sales and Distributor Management
  • Manage development and adoption of digital tooling such as Pricing Tool (with Commercial Business Optimization business lead), Customer Portal (with local Customer Care lead) and CRM (with Marketing and Business development lead)
  • Increase Digital Sales via Customer Portal and other digital tools

 

This position is a US Home-based role.  The position can be located in the eastern or central time zones of the United States.   Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.   Salary $160,900 - $201,100

You bring

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles and sales excellence required
  • Sales training experience a strong plus
  • Strong stakeholder management, creating buy-in and influencing skills
  • Strong digital acumen of sales support tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
