Shape the next generation of Finance operations within Global Enterprise Services (GES). In this role, you will define and execute Finance process transformation & deliver value, accuracy, and user‑centricity across a global organization.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and execute the Finance transformation roadmap in partnership with Finance Process Owners, Global Functions, Digital & Technology, and regional delivery teams
  • Lead Finance transformation initiatives across RtR, OtC, Treasury, Tax, FP&A support, and reporting processes
  • Manage the project pipeline, resources, delivery governance, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Drive simplification, standardization, global process harmonization, and the evolution of the Finance operating model
  • Support the development of transformation and Finance capabilities, as well as talent growth within the GES BTE team
  • Enable data‑driven decision‑making through modern tools, automation, and digital Finance technologies
  • Oversee day‑to‑day project and project‑team management, providing timely updates, highlighting risks, and proposing solutions to ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and within budget

You bring

  • 10–15 years of experience in Finance transformation, Finance operations, GBS Finance, or process ownership roles
  • Strong understanding of RtR, OtC, FP&A, General Ledger, Intercompany, Financial Close, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven expertise in digitalization (e.g., ERP transformations, workflow automation, analytics, robotics, forecasting tools)
  • Experience in consulting (Big4 or similar) is an advantage
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, manage cross‑functional priorities, and drive change in a global matrix
  • Strong analytical mindset, resilience, and the ability to anticipate trends and complexities in financial
    environments
