The role includes defining architecture standards, implementing robust security frameworks, optimizing digital platforms, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide solutions that enable growth and innovation.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Cloud Network & Hosting: Define landing zones, VNET/VPC design, routing, segmentation, connectivity, and Zero Trust principles; manage SAP, Databricks, integration, and ancillary platform hosting with DR, HA, and FinOps standards.
  • Infrastructure Ownership: Oversee compute, virtualization, containers, databases, file transfer, storage, app/server hosting, and infrastructure-as-code pipelines; implement observability, capacity, and performance SLOs.
  • Security Architecture: Own enterprise security reference architecture including IAM/IGA, PAM, PKI, DLP, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, and cloud security posture; lead threat modeling, SoD compliance, and data protection controls.
  • ERP & SaaS Security: Define audit baselines, align OT/IT zoning, enforce privacy-by-design, tokenization, and incident response; manage security design reviews, waivers, remediation, and technical debt.
  • Workspace Applications: Manage digital workplace architecture (identity, device management, collaboration, ECM, productivity tools), define DLP and retention policies, standardize SaaS onboarding, SSO/MFA, and ensure user experience and endpoint reliability.
  • Governance & Delivery: Lead Architecture Review Board, publish principles and reference designs, guide solution architects, manage modernization sequencing, and maintain enterprise architecture repository for applications, data, and technology.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 17+ years across infrastructure, security, and workplace platforms, including global program leadership and hybrid cloud design for enterprise systems like SAP.
  • Cloud Networking & Hosting: Expertise in Azure, AWS, GCP, landing zones, virtualization/containers, databases/storage, backup/DR, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Bicep), and observability.
  • Security Architecture: Skilled in IAM/IGA, PAM, PKI/KMS, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, CSPM, DLP, encryption, Zero Trust, and SD-WAN/SASE implementation and management.
  • Workplace Platforms: Proficient in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Intune/UEM, ECM/enterprise search, meeting/conferencing tools, and SaaS governance for digital workplaces.
  • SAP & Enterprise Integration: Strong experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and BTP, with a deep understanding of non-functional requirements for ERP and adjacent enterprise platforms.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing vendors, aligning with C-suite, and driving enterprise initiatives.

We bring:

  • Lead enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives to modernize and optimize data strategy and operations.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making and influence strategic business and IT initiatives.
  • Promote data innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to design scalable, high-performance data platforms and architectures.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and integration across the enterprise.
  • Mentor and enable teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence
