Digital & Technology Manager SAP O2C
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Within the Supply Chain Cluster, you will:
- Be a key contributor to the Order Management Chapter, acting as a Product Manager.
- Lead and manage, as business analyst, SAP OTC related requirements.
- Design and deliver solutions as part of our digital transformation program and road map, including product delivery and potentially projects.
- Deliver a performant platform to power our transformation journey
Your key responsibilities:
- Run, Execute and deliver solutions in project mode (Design, Configuration, Set Up, Test and Solution Validation) including cutover, go live and hyper care.
- Direct and clear interaction with key business stakeholders: gathering requirements, solution design and day-to-day communications.
- Commitment on delivery dates and high-quality performance.
- Drive as Product Manager the delivery of improvement plan impacting the OTC -Tax functional domain.
- Work with Platform /Product teams to lead delivery of integration projects.
- Stay current with SAP technology roadmap and propose strategic improvements to the SAP environment.

You bring:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP SD-Tax with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent functional knowledge on E2E O2C flows: Order flow from quotation, ATP check, supply chain impacts (warehouse handling, transport…), Credit/Debit memo, Third-Party Orders, Intercompany Sales and Stock transfer process. With understanding of Plant Abroad, Consignment Flows and Bonded Warehouse.
- Excellent functional knowledge on Tax management, Credit management, Pricing (base price, surcharges, discounts, etc.), Sales Outputs and E-invoicing.
- Familiarity with complex system landscapes, including SAP cross-module interaction (as SD>FICO, Planning, WM and MM)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, lead and keep cross-team initiatives moving.
