We’re #hiring for Senior Manager / Associate Director, Global Competitive Insights, Health, Nutrition and Care (HNC) in our Delft site. This position focuses on the full portfolio of lipids, vitamins, carotins, Human Milk Oligosaccharides, nutritional ingredients and botanicals. You work will have a significant impact on better selling for the commercial team.

Your key responsibilities
Strategic Insight Consolidation: Collect and structure internal and external competitive insights from sources such as CRM data, competitor websites, and customer feedback and build a network of competitive insights contributor while building a strong industry network
Value Proposition & Differentiation: Evaluate competitor service offerings for specific and position them against our capabilities. Build and maintain a “Competitive Advantage Scorecard” across products and competitors, benchmarking our value proposition across critical dimensions.
Market & Pricing Intelligence: Provide ongoing updates on global price movements and competitor activities, including weekly and ad hoc reports. Analyze and report on import/export statistics, translating trade data into insights on product volume, pricing trends, and potential opportunities.
Competitor Benchmarking & Analysis: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of competitor product specifications, certificates of analysis (CoA), and formulations. Lead competitor product benchmarking initiatives, including sample coordination and performance evaluation to identify cost-saving opportunities and product differentiation. Develop detailed competitor profiles including plant locations, production capacities, pipeline innovation, financial performance, and strategic moves.
Market Sizing & Opportunity Mapping: Contribute to market sizing analyses to help identify new growth opportunities and prioritize strategic initiatives.

You bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience competitive intelligence, product management, or related commercial roles in the B2B industry preferably in the Health & Nutrition industry required
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and visualization skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with market/trade data. Experience with CI tools (e.g., Datamyne), proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus
