Join us as a Senior Manager, Program Advanced Planning to lead ISOL Supply Chain's transformation via the Supernova project. Migrating OMP to the cloud, synchronizing processes and organization, you'll guide teams through complex migrations, engage stakeholders, and champion a future-ready approach, shaping the future of our supply chain strategy.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the SC Planning and scheduling transformation program: Own the end-to-end OMP cloud migration, process design and organizational improvements. Keep milestones on track, manage risks smartly, and apply best practices every step of the way.
- Engage and influence: Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. Communicate clearly, align goals, and manage expectations with confidence.
- Drive change: Design and deliver change management strategies that make adoption easy, minimize resistance, and spark cultural transformation.
- Plan and deliver: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources. Apply advanced planning methodologies to ensure success.
- Improve continuously: Spot opportunities for efficiency and optimization during and after migration. Use data and feedback to refine strategies.
- Lead the team: Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams. Create a collaborative, high-performance environment where people thrive.

You bring
- Education: Bachelor’s in business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field. A master’s is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in program or project management, with proven expertise in advanced planning and large-scale cloud migrations.
- Change management: Hands-on experience creating and executing strategies in complex environments.
- Technical know-how: Solid experience with OMP, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP.
- Leadership and communication: Strong ability to influence at all levels, with clear, confident communication.
- Problem-solving mindset: Analytical, proactive, and decisive.
