We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Delft.
In this role, you will become part of the Supply Chain & Customer Service Team, which is part of the Finance & Operations department at Veramaris. The contract will be signed with dsm-firmenich, one of Veramaris’ co-owners. Veramaris is dedicated to supporting the sustainable growth of aquaculture through Optimum Omega Nutrition, using natural marine algal oil. Key Responsibilities
- Own and ensure Offer-to-Cash process related to global Key Customers in SAP.
- Sales Order acceptance, entry, and sales price maintenance.
- Align feasible and timely delivery dates with internal logistic and demand planning and supply chain functions and communicate those to customer.
- Delivery execution including communication with external logistic providers.
- Invoice creation and active credit management in cooperation with finance functions.
- Export documentation handling for oversea shipments and monthly sales and invoice reporting.

- Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 44,752 to € 63,931 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.
You Bring
- HBO/Bachelor or MBO with 3 years of relevant working experience in a challenging, international commercial business-to-business environment.
- Sound SAP process knowledge (SD Module, Order and Delivery execution, Business Partner Master data maintenance).
- Speak and write fluently in English, additional language skills are beneficial.
- Knowledge on export customs clearance processes.
- Strong digital systems skills (including MS Excel, MS Teams).
- Soft skills: excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent and problem-solving mentality, able to work in a very dynamic environment, resiliency, and ability to work both independently and in a global team.
