Understanding consumer and customer needs and key developments in the Food & Beverage market is critical for the success of our Taste, Texture and Health BU. This role would provide business insights for strategy, innovation & commercial topics for diverse market segments and ingredient categories. Ready to make the difference?

Your key responsibilities

Developing Ingredient intelligence, including quantitative assessment of specific food ingredient markets, overarching trends and key players.
Develop segment-relevant market understanding, for example key consumer trends in segments such as confectionary, cereals & bars, pet foods, baking etc.
Analyzing performance of Key Global Accounts or other customer deep dives for business management
Analyzing key competitors, their activities and performance
Developing/Designing digital tools to analyze market data to discover new insights

You bring

An analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis
Experience of working in an insights role, or in a similar data driven role, in the industry or in a consulting environment
The ability to turn complex and detailed content into relevant insights
Knowledge or experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus, but not mandatory
An eagerness to learn
Flexibility to work with different stakeholders with different backgrounds
