Role Overview

Lead the global Data + AI product portfolio with a strategic, product-driven mindset. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring impactful, scalable solutions that drive measurable value across the enterprise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the integrated roadmap of Data + AI products and initiatives. Engage with the business platforms to identify opportunities, scope projects, and prioritize based on strategic impact and feasibility.

 

  • Oversee the execution of Data + AI projects from inception to delivery. Set up proper project governance, define milestones, success criteria, and risk mitigation plans.

 

  • Ensure each data/AI product is built on a sound solution architecture and adheres to enterprise standards. Review solution designs for scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.

 

  • Coordinate resource deployment across Data + AI teams. Interface with peer leaders to understand capacity and assign teams to projects.

 

  • Guide teams to develop data/AI solutions with a product mindset. Establish principles of product management, encourage building reusable components, and ensure considerations like user experience and change management.

 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Data + AI delivery teams and business stakeholders. Manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
