We have a great opportunity within the Perfumery & Beauty Business Units as a Customer Experience Lead Specialist based in Barcelona, Spain.

As a Customer Experience Lead Specialist, you will take full ownership of customer care activities for our strategic Accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all service and supply chain inquiries. You'll be responsible for managing Order-to-Cash processes, maintaining high service levels, and aligning inventory with company targets. By building strong relationships with our commercial partners and stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an effective and efficient day-to-day order management/customer experience operations (including processing customer orders, changing orders, removing order blocks,etc.
  • Regularly communicate with sales, logistics (including transportation and warehousing), accounts receivable and planning to resolve issues and ensure that customer expectations are met.
  • Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage daily escalations and issues
  • Monitor relevant indicators that measure the level of service and propose related action plans for service improvements.
  • Proactively seek innovative ways to enhance customer's satisfaction and improve dsm-firmenich operating efficiencies.

You bring:

  • 3-5 years related experience with Planning and/or Customer Care.
  • Fluent in English and French/Italian (Optional).
  • Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Detailed oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and the ability to quickly learn new software/ERP packages, knowledge of SAP environment is a plus.
  • Familiar with working in an industrial (ideally in Flavors & Fragrances) environment.
  • Team player and network builder.
