Your key responsibilities
•Perform delivery order process to make customers’ content
Input delivery order, quick return of receipt of order to customers by fax or e-mail.
• Making the balance between the delivery and material
Contact to internal and external persons for smooth delivery and adjust the schedule.
Because of the first gate keeper to communicate with customer, communication of delivery schedule, and stock information will be updated and shared with stakeholders.
•IBP maintenance
Base on the customer's demand forecast provided by account managers, systematically maintain the IBP transaction by inputting the forecast with buffer stock quantities for securing the safety stock.
•Customer Services
Fax transportation slip to customer if necessary.
Request factories and warehouses to check and find undelivered goods, and anything necessary for the customer service is ready to do as much as possible.
• Communications
Exchange the news and the information from customers with marketing persons
• Send invoices to the customers quickly
• Follow all policies & procedures relating to SHE and advise management of any SHE related issues for their corrective action.
