We have an immediate hybrid opening for Customer Experience Associate in our Plainsboro facility.  Work directly with our customer’s and develop and sustain close Customer relationships through order fulfilment cycle.  Use excellent communication skills to foster a healthy collaboration between internal and external Customer’s.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage and take ownership of customer accounts through the order fulfillment cycle.
  • Receive/process purchase orders, confirm pricing, inventory, shipping information and generate invoices.
  • Work closely with clients to obtain client forecast and attend Demand Planning Reviews.
  • Process customer complaints/inquiries related to returns, credit requests and non-conformances. Liaise with appropriate teams to resolve timely.
  • Monitor relevant indicators (KPI) that measure the level of service/OTIF and propose related action plans for service improvements.
  • Proactively seek innovative ways to enhance customer’s satisfaction and improve operating inefficiencies (eliminate non-value adding tasks).

You bring

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years prior experience in customer service, business-to-business (B2B)
