CRM/Email Marketing Lead

Location: Cromwell, CT

What You’ll Do:

Work with the Digital and Creative teams, strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of CRM/eCRM programs across iHealth’s global brand portfolio by having ownership to build and continuously optimize email campaigns/workflows that support brand acquisition and retention targets.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure customer databases are correctly organized within HubSpot CRM and Adobe Audience Manager

Oversee CRM data governance which will include data standards, data audits, data structures, user access rights and reporting

Working with the Digital and Creative teams, strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of CRM/eCRM programs across iHealth’s global brand portfolio

Own/build and continuously optimize email campaigns/workflows that support brand acquisition and retention targets

Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system

 

You bring:

At least 2+ years running CRM programs for a business to consumer company.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, HubSpot and Klaviyo

Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership on projects

Strong analytical skills to analyze reports and work with data sets

Strong writing skills and creative acumen
