i-Health is a leader in health and wellness categories that address key consumer needs to include microbiome health, healthy aging, and women’s health.

 

As an Assistant Controller you have a business critical role. Your passion for optimizing and harmonizing financial processes and reporting, combined with your strong budgeting and forecasting skills, standard product costing abilities will serve you well in this  finance position.  You’ll play a key role in ensuring that financial targets for the i-Health business are met.

 

What can you expect in your work?  No day is the same and you will be working in a dynamic work environment.  You will be responsible to:

  • Support the business in the areas of Operations, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Sales, CAPEX and working capital
  • Perform standard product costing/raw material/cycle design and output consumption analysis
  • Optimize and harmonize financial processes & reporting and implement best practices across DSM
  • Participate in month end close, journal entries and account reconsiliation
  • Monitor and interpret the consolidated CAPEX and OPEX budgeting & forecasting and provide explanation to management
  • Perform Annual Standard Cost update

What we like to see in your experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and/or CPA, CMA, MBA
  • Must have at least 6 years of relevant finance/control process experience
  • Previous experience with SAP and/or Oracle
  • Ability to work with multiple systems
  • Experience in various businesses/operations/ manufacturing environments
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, a strong plus
  • Strong technology expertise and project management experience
