At Agilex, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Creation Lab Technician to join our dynamic and collaborative Creation Lab team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of crafting high-quality fragrances that delight our clients around the world. From expertly mixing formulas to ensuring top-tier lab safety and cleanliness, your work will directly contribute to delivering excellence—on time, every time. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support the Sample Lab by filling sample orders and assisting with lab workload
- Retrieve ingredients as indicated on the formula, including obtaining oils from the Kardex fragrance library
- Accurately label bottles of samples, new solutions, and retain appropriately
- Keep raw materials and supplies stocked and properly stored and labeled
- Maintain clean work area including proper disposal of all waste
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures

You Bring:
- Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in fragrance compounding
- Strong basic math skills
- Computer literate
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Understanding the importance of handling chemicals safely and following safety regulations, guidelines and procedures
- A high school degree or equivalency (GED) required.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly rate $26.00-28.00/hr.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
