Country Manager, The Netherlands
Your key responsibilities
- Leads the Country sales and marketing team
- Define and execute the Country strategy for ANH
- First line responsibility for the country P&L
- Co-create the sub-regional ANH strategy together with the sub-regional LT while implementing global business and organizational solutions
- Builds Country talent and succession bench with diverse, high potential and high performing talents
