Your key responsibilities

 

  • Ensure the delivery and execution of the finance planning, actuals, closing and reporting activities for the assigned reporting units, in close cooperation with the Financial Control Region.
  • Act as service receiver for “finance actuals and closing services” as supplied by FSS and FC Region.
  • Ensure the delivery and execution of the operations and commercial control support activities of the regional financial control organization as agreed in the service level agreements (SOP’s).
  • Support the Global Process Leads in term of standardization and ensure global standards are met.
  • Ensure local compliance regarding accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury/banking regulation and internal control are being met.
  • Ensure sufficient communication with all relevant stakeholders on all levels

 You bring

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling, and/or CMA, CPA, MBA, ACCA
  • At least 10 years of experience within several finance positions
  • In-depth understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
  • Commercial Control relevant experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Knowledge of local legislation (civil, contract, corporate, tax law)
  • Experience in dealing with matrix organizations and dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • English full professional proficiency
