Contract Manager Procurement

Job title: Contract Manager Procurement 

Location: Preferable Poznan, Poland or Barcelona, Spain (other European locations can be reviewed) 

Work model: Hybrid 

 

As Contract Manager you will ensure full visibility and alignment between supplier contracts and business objectives. By proactively managing relationships and mitigating risks, you will help drive strategic value and operational continuity. 

 

Your key responsibilities 

  • Oversee contract execution, ensuring all parties meet obligations with clear communication and legal compliance 

  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance, driving improvements in supplier relationships and responsible sourcing 

  • Act as a data and systems expert, managing supplier and material master data, including pricing and commercial terms 

  • Prepare and present reports and forecasts that support business decisions and stakeholder alignment 

  • Ensure full lifecycle management of contracts in compliance with internal systems and visibility standards 

  • Identify and mitigate contract-related risks by analyzing KPIs, legal obligations, and consumption trends 

  • Track and improve supplier performance through KPI monitoring, supporting sourcing strategy execution

You bring 

  • A bachelor’s / master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field 

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles 

  • Strong analytical and systems skills to connect data and drive insights 

  • Experience in contract management and supplier relationship handling 

  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks and align cross-functional teams 

  • Understanding of procure-to-pay processes and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) 

  • Fluency in English and the ability to manage complexity in a dynamic, global environment
