Job Title: Commercial Development Manager – B2B Sales & Business Development (Medical Devices)

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales and Business Development professional with deep domain expertise in selling raw materials, precision medical components, and finished devices to Orthopaedic and Vascular implant manufacturers across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the medical device manufacturing ecosystem, a proven track record of strategic selling, and the ability to drive growth through technical and commercial engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow accounts in the Orthopaedic and Vascular implant manufacturing sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including R&D heads, procurement teams, and CXOs.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions involving materials, components, or finished devices.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to present product capabilities and customization options. Provide commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Indian medical device industry. Identify and onboard new manufacturing clients, distributors, and channel partners. Work closely with product development, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or Business
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in the medical device or healthcare manufacturing sector (preferably Experience selling implant-grade materials).
- Strong understanding of Orthopaedic and Vascular implant manufacturing processes and requirements. Familiarity with cleanroom-assembled devices.
- Proven ability to sell technical products and solutions to manufacturing companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Exposure to ISO 13485, MDR, and Indian regulatory frameworks will be a plus
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and industry events.
