The Role

 

As a Senior Clinical Research Manager, you will have strong experience in clinical and translational research in the pharmaceutical industry, including the development of novel therapeutics and interventional trials. In this role, you will be expected to drive our culture of scientific excellence in the evaluation of opportunities and the development of clinical protocols and trials with a focus on adding value and meeting the business needs. You will be providing expert-level knowledge in pharmaceutical clinical trial practices and regulations to a cross-functional and cross-cultural team involving Marketing, Regulatory, and Intellectual Property functions. You will provide evaluations and support the team in delivering information to our stakeholders. You will work very closely with the clinical trial managers to ensure operational excellence for the ongoing and/or upcoming trials. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

 

Role Requirements

 

  • Ph.D. in a life sciences/medical discipline required; PhD in Clinical research, Pharmacology, Biochemistry preferred.
  • Master's Degree with related experience can be considered. 
  • 8+ years of professional experience in the clinical research field in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years of clinical project management experience.
  • Experience working with inter-disciplinary teams and external collaborators necessary.
  • Experience in generating intellectual property and making patentable discoveries necessary.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
  • Good working knowledge of clinical trial management software.
  • Experience in working on a wide range of cardiovascular/metabolic indications preferred.
  • Demonstrated superior communication skills in cross-cultural environments.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a matrix environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, great team player.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
