Business Insights Manager, 3rd party data suppliers and Medical Nutrition

Your key responsibilities
- Partner with Segment Leaders to lead market and innovation research.
- Co-lead sensorial product assessments with experts in Taste, Texture & Health and Science & Innovation.
- Conduct secondary research on medical conditions, solutions, and market sizing.
- Own relationships and contracts with external data suppliers.
- Advise internal teams on optimal data sources and usage and on AI use of data
- Ensure data quality and facilitate training on platforms.

You bring
- A Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in global, complex organizations—ideally with exposure to the health sector.
- Proven expertise in managing relationships and contracts with external data suppliers and insight agencies.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders and tailor messages for technical, marketing, and leadership audiences.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to align data acquisition and research initiatives to broader business goals, anticipate market trends, and proactively shape research agendas.
- Agility and cooperation, thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and building strong partnerships with internal teams (Digital, Segment Leaders, R&D) and external partners to co-create solutions.
