Business Coordinator

Business Coordinator – Day Shift

Pendergrass, GA

Onsite (Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:30pm)

                                                          

As a Business Coordinator, you will support business objectives of premix facility by performing variety of functions in accordance with DNP procedures. You will maintain, generate, and distribute documentation associated with functional areas of production, distribution, financial and administration. Position is held within a manufacturing environment. Product quality, traceability and integrity are of utmost importance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain inventory levels for blend facility through Supply Chain and Purchasing departments. Ensures production levels and product turnover are consistent for customer expectations and operation performance. Coordinate weekly cycle counts to ensure accuracy of SAP inventory.
  • Verify product has been manufactured and received in accordance to Quality Management System. Finished goods batch confirmation and release is performed in SAP to ensure product quality and accuracy.
  • Preparation and submission to lab of process monitoring, homogeneity, carryover samples and quality plan lab submissions for quality assurance of finished goods..
  • Shows leadership by working to SHE standards and encouraging employees to work to the same standards.
  • Acts in such a way that safety awareness, accident prevention, quality and feed/food safety are considered in performing all tasks.

You bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Requires a broad range of office and technical skills related to a manufacturing environment (ISO, HACCP, OHS), with specific knowledge of specialized software programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong demonstration of multi-tasking and prioritization capabilities.
  • Independent thinker with strengths in problem solving, trouble shooting and attention to detail based on set parameters.
  • SAP and or production software experience a plus.
