As a Senior Material Planner for our TTH Division in Argentina, where you will oversee end-to-end raw material planning for a dynamic and high-mix portfolio. In this role, you will lead critical interactions with suppliers, operations, logistics, and quality to ensure flawless supply performance. You will drive inventory optimization, parameter accuracy, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment—while shaping the next level of maturity in our regional planning model. This is a strategic operational role with strong visibility and opportunities for growth across Supply Chain.

Your key responsibilities

Perform end-to-end materials planning ensuring raw material availability for production, preventing any supply interruptions.

Monitor daily stock levels, planned receipts, consumption trends, and align risks with operations, logistics, procurement, and quality.

Execute purchase requisition review and follow-up, ensuring accuracy of delivery dates, confirmations, and supplier communication.

Analyze and act on exception messages (KNX/SAP), including demand changes, rescheduling, shortages, and parameter inconsistencies.

Lead weekly follow-up with key suppliers (local & import), tracking shipments, documentation, customs requirements, and delays.

Drive continuous improvement by ensuring accurate master data, structured planning parameters (PPR), and updated system information.
You Bring

Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related fields.

Portuguese (desired) & English (intermediate/advanced) for daily stakeholder interaction.

Strong SAP knowledge (MM/MD04/ME22N/Stock Overview) + familiarity with Kinaxis (desired).

Solid experience in Material Planning, preferably in high-mix / flavor & fragrance / food industry.

Strong data analysis capability, Excel (intermediate/advanced) required; Power BI is a plus and IA.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and lead cross-functional alignment.
