This Senior Capacity Planning position is responsible for orchestrating an efficient and successful production planning process for our TTH Division.

In this role, you will coordinate daily production planning activities, ensuring maximum efficiency and optimization. You will work closely with key stakeholders and navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a key player in day-to-day operations, you will also lead strategic planning initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and driving the overall success of our highly dynamic supply chain while creating opportunities for professional growth.

Your key responsibilities

Perform daily production scheduling for both internal operations and subcontractors (tollers)
Manage daily missing parts and backorder processing
Ensure Sales Order (SO) confirmation within 48 hours
Provide strong support to the Customer Care team
Conduct daily follow-ups with stakeholders (Operations, Quality Control, tollers)

You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)
Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for material planning; strong knowledge of SAP is required, and Kinaxis is a plus
Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced level preferred; Power BI knowledge is a plus
Previous experience in Capacity Planning
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to support decision-making
Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams
