You’ll be responsible to:

The site trainer must be able to effectively teach and coach employees on multiple levels in continuous improvement practices. This requires scheduling, planning, strong communication, and presentation skills whilst also developing and maintaining professional relationships in the organization. The site trainer will lead the training sessions independently and without direct hierarchical authority.


  • Manages the Continuous Improvement training plan in coordination and alignment with the business groups.
  • Review the effectiveness of work team/leader training.
  • Support the formal assessment of the continuous improvement journey.
  • Develops and customizes the Continuous Improvement training material, and aligns with the Site Facilitator.
  • Works in partnership with the site to plan the logistics of training sessions.
  • Trains personnel in Continuous Improvement practices or organizes specialists (internal/external) to deliver the required training.
  • Provides support to work teams/leaders to implement new practices.
  • Gives regular feedback to the Site Facilitator on training progress.


Safety, Health, and Environmental Duties & responsibilities: 

  • Display and promote positive safety behaviors at all times, and intervenes actively when unsafe behaviors or non-compliance is observed as to prevent accidents and incidents.
  • Ensures all SHE incidents are reported immediately to supervisor and as necessary Incident Commander.
  • Uses proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment, and procedures to ensure that self and others go home safe each day;
  • All people in the area (maintenance, quality, visitors, contractors, etc.) comply with safety directives and keep the area neat and clean.


cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Processes)  Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Display and promote positive quality behaviors at all times.
  • Complies with Zoning Requirements as displayed.
  • Acts to prevent all foreign matter contamination to the Belvidere products by following personal hygiene standards, using all prescribed gowning requirements and ensuring and maintaining cleanliness of the area and equipment.

What we look for in you

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, process tech degree, or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing
  • Continuous Improvement Experience
  • cGMP experience.
