Position: Production Operator
Location - Belvidere, NJ
What you’ll do
Our Manufacturing team is the heart of our business. As a Senior Production Operator, you’ll be a key part of our diverse workforce and work a rotating 12-hour shift pattern 7-7, with 7-day breaks, to support the plant’s day-to-day operations.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Operates and monitors equipment and process to produce quality chemical intermediates and finished products to a pre-determined operations plan.
- Performs material handling , Fork lift operation., Weighing and dispensing of raw materials.
- Operates storage, blending, milling and packaging equipment to prepare and transfer materials to production through to finished goods inventory.
- Complies with cGMP, ICHQ-7 and ISO regulations and procedures for packaging, handling and storage of incoming, in-process and finished goods.
- Assists Technical Coordinator with coordinating and prioritizing maintenance needs with production needs.
- Performs general housekeeping/maintenance of process areas (e.g., painting, cleaning, etc.)., principles of Manufacturing Excellence (Manufex) environment, (e.g., minor equipment repair).
- Involvement in setting up and reviewing site SHE requirements, procedures, and instructions by participating in SHE culture on site.

You Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a production environment

This position is overtime eligible. The schedule may be structured with a required overtime component built-in. Candidates must be able to work shifts, weekends, overtime (including coverage) and holidays as required.
