Trade Control Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Join our Team at ANHnewco as Trade Control Compliance Manager and ensure our global operations meet international trade regulations. Your key responsibilities

  • Monitor and mitigate trade compliance risks globally
  • Develop and maintain trade compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, sanctions and embargoes 
  • Oversee business partner screening for trade and sanctions restrictions
  • Provide guidance, support, and training on trade controls to employees
  • Support audits, investigations, the customs compliance activities

You bring

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience navigating international trade laws, sanctions, and customs requirements, ideally  in complex or multinational environments
  • A master’s degree in law, International Business, Political Science, or a related technical field
  • You have a practical mindset and experience with screening tools with the ability to make this user friendly for the organisation
  • You take initiative and keep oversight
  • The ability to interpret complex regulations and turn them into clear, actionable guidance for the business
  • A collaborative, innovative and accountable mindset- you build trust, engage diverse stakeholders, and connect across teams and geographies
  • Fluency in English and, ideally, additional languages that help you operate confidently across borders
