Senior Manager Group Consolidation

  salary: depending on your experience, 91.400 - 120.700 euro per year including holiday pay, excluding other benefits

At dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH), we’re preparing for something big: the carve-out of ANH towards a new ownership structure. Ownership details are still being finalized, but one thing’s clear — this is a rare chance to help shape a future-ready business from the inside out.

 

 

We’re looking for a skilled finance professional to take ownership of end-to-end Financial Consolidation activities for our ANH business. In this dynamic, multinational environment, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Financial Control & Accounting to ensure timely and accurate reporting that drives strategic decisions.

Your key responsibilities

    • Manage the end to end group consolidation process
    • Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in accordance with the relevant accounting standards
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and automate consolidation processes.
    • Manage elimination of intercompany transactions and balances
    • Support audit activities
    • Provide preliminary financial analysis on consolidated results

You bring

    • Exceptional lecommunication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Leading change: identifies needed changes or directions that need adjustment, challenges assumptions and norms.
    • High level of integrity
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
    • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of consolidation, accounting, and financial reporting functions in a multinational environment.
    • Strong experience in accounting practices, including consolidation, financial statement preparation, and compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
