Your key responsibilities

Review and ensure timely filing of Indirect Tax reports via OneSource (including domestic VAT returns, sales and purchase listings, Intrastat, SAF-T, and other e-reporting requirements).
Manage tax audits and provide accurate management reporting throughout the process.
Collaborate closely with the Indirect Tax team on findings, challenges, and changes. Also actively engaging and managing external tax advisors.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g., trough VAT compliance reporting solutions, Celonis data mining and analytics, Power BI).
Support projects from an Indirect Tax compliance perspective, including new business setups, legislative changes, automation, and Tax/VAT master data elements.
Develop, implement, and execute robust preventive and detective controls within the Company’s Tax Control Framework.

You bring

HBO or University degree in Finance (Accounting) and/or Taxation, with several years of relevant Indirect Tax compliance experience in EMEA.
Strong VAT compliance and accounting background, ideally gained in an international, preferably in-house environment, with solid knowledge of SAP (ECC); experience with OneSource is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and a passion for driving process improvements and automation.
Team player and self-starter, able to work effectively and independently.
Innovative mindset, capable of understanding complex VAT advice and connecting compliance processes with ERP systems and tools.
Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language (Polish, French, or German) is a plus.
