Your key responsibilities
- Review and ensure timely filing of Indirect Tax reports via OneSource (including domestic VAT returns, sales and purchase listings, Intrastat, SAF-T, and other e-reporting requirements).
- Manage tax audits and provide accurate management reporting throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with the Indirect Tax team on findings, challenges, and changes. Also actively engaging and managing external tax advisors.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g., trough VAT compliance reporting solutions, Celonis data mining and analytics, Power BI).
- Support projects from an Indirect Tax compliance perspective, including new business setups, legislative changes, automation, and Tax/VAT master data elements.
- Develop, implement, and execute robust preventive and detective controls within the Company’s Tax Control Framework.

You bring
- HBO or University degree in Finance (Accounting) and/or Taxation, with several years of relevant Indirect Tax compliance experience in EMEA.
- Strong VAT compliance and accounting background, ideally gained in an international, preferably in-house environment, with solid knowledge of SAP (ECC); experience with OneSource is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and a passion for driving process improvements and automation.
- Team player and self-starter, able to work effectively and independently.
- Innovative mindset, capable of understanding complex VAT advice and connecting compliance processes with ERP systems and tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language (Polish, French, or German) is a plus.
