Salary: depending on your experience, 145.000 – 175.000 euro per year including holiday pay, excluding other benefits

At dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH), we’re preparing for something big: the carve-out of ANH towards a new ownership structure. Ownership details are still being finalized, but one thing’s clear — this is a rare chance to help shape a future-ready business from the inside out.

We’re looking for a finance leader to take the reins of our Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) function. You’ll step into a multinational team that’s already in motion, and lead its evolution — growing capabilities, strengthening governance, and building a structure that can scale with ambition.

Your key responsibilities
You’ll be at the heart of ANH’s financial transformation. Partnering with the Head of FCA and FP&A, you’ll steer accounting, controlling, and consolidation across borders. You’ll also:

Lead and develop the FCA team, building on existing strengths and expanding where needed.
Oversee accounting operations in line with IFRS, US GAAP, and local standards.
Deliver accurate, timely financial statements and lead consolidation efforts.
Drive audit readiness and compliance with confidence and clarity.

You bring

A strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to leadership.
A passion for building teams and leading change.
Deep expertise in consolidation, reporting, and international standards.
10+ years in finance and accounting, including 5+ in a senior leadership role in a multinational setting.
A professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA)
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s or MBA preferred).
