Internship: Financial Compliance
Are you a motivated student with an interest in financial compliance and (technical) accounting? Join the Financial Compliance team at dsm-firmenich and contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance our global Finance community. In this role, you will help redesign and develop IFRS and finance training programs, create onboarding packages for new joiners, and collaborate on process improvements.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, strengthen your communication and project management skills, and deepen your understanding of external reporting rules within a global company.
What You’ll Do
During your internship, you will lead the redesign and development of finance and IFRS training content for the entire finance community. This includes creating starter packages and onboarding programs for new joiners, ensuring materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with global standards.

Eligibility criteria and conditions:
• Language requirements: Fluent in English
• Final Selection Day: 12.01.2026 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht
• Start of the internship: 02.02.2026
• Duration: 4-5 months
• Studies: currently enrolled at a Dutch university. Your university will cosign the internship agreement
• Location: dsm-firmenich Maastricht office
• Compensation: Internship salary is €550 per month.
